Brewers Bash Mariners Again, DarkHorse Cashes Easy Winner

MLB

The Brewers made it two straight over Seattle with a workmanlike 7-4 victory at American Family Field, and frankly, it never felt that close. Milwaukee jumped ahead early and controlled the tempo all night, validating every word of DarkHorse's Brewers ML pick — which cashed comfortably despite George Kirby's supposed edge on paper.

Here's the thing about superior starters: they don't mean squat when your offense is comatose. Seattle's bats managed four runs, which sounds respectable until you realize Milwaukee's pitching staff was always going to give up something. The Brewers' lineup — exactly as advertised with those .800+ OPS bats — did the heavy lifting, piling up seven runs against Kirby and company. Jake Bauers, Brice Turang, and Jackson Chourio continue to punish opposing pitching, and the Mariners had zero answers.

Robert Gasser wasn't Cy Young, but he didn't need to be. Milwaukee's 3.46 team ERA and suffocating defense kept Seattle's anemic offense (still averaging three runs per game over their last 15) in check when it mattered. The 7-4 final flattered the Mariners — this was a cruise-control W for the Brew Crew.

DarkHorse nailed the matchup dynamics: hot home team, superior recent form, and a lineup that actually scores runs. Brewers ML was never in doubt. Cash it and move on.
