4. Subscription, Payment & Cancellation
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription of $99.99 per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

- Understand that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime — no long-term commitment required
How to cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Account Settings and clicking Manage Billing, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel immediately. You may also email support@darkhorsewin.com and we will process your cancellation within one business day. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
5. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
6. Digital Delivery, Disputes & Chargebacks
DarkHorse Win delivers its service digitally. Access to insights, predictions, and analytics may be available immediately upon payment confirmation.
Digital Delivery Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product or service is delivered digitally and may be accessible immediately upon payment. As such, all sales are final once delivery has occurred, except where required by law. You agree to contact us directly for support or resolution prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback. Filing a dispute after confirmed delivery without first seeking resolution may be considered a misuse of the dispute process, subject to applicable laws and card network rules.
Dispute Resolution Obligation
You agree to contact DarkHorse Win directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree not to initiate any unwarranted disputes or legal claims against DarkHorse Win arising from this transaction without first providing an opportunity for resolution.
