Marlins Cruise Past Nationals, Cash DarkHorse Ticket at -160

MLB

The Marlins made it eight straight over Washington this season with a comfortable 6-2 victory at loanDepot park, and if you tailed DarkHorse's Marlins -160 play, you're cashing a winner built on pitching mismatch theory that proved gospel-accurate.

Jackson Kent entered with a bloated 9.39 ERA that screamed "batting practice," and Miami's lineup obliged. The Nationals' starter simply couldn't locate, surrendering early damage that put Washington in a hole they never escaped. Janson Junk wasn't exactly Cy Young on the other side with his 4.37 ERA, but he didn't need to be—he just had to avoid catastrophe, and against a Nationals offense averaging under three runs per game in this season series, that was plenty.

Miami's bats did the rest, piling on six runs against a Washington bullpen that's watched this movie seven times already this year. The Nats managed two runs, right in line with their anemic 2.86 runs-per-game average against the Marlins in 2024, and their road woes (now 1-9) continue to define a lost season.

The -160 price required confidence, and DarkHorse delivered the goods. When you've got a five-run ERA gap between starters and one team owns the other like a timeshare, you lay the juice and sleep easy. Miami dominance, confirmed once again.
